By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Rooted Leaf Agritech if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Shipping and Returns
Our goal is to make sure you receive the highest quality product at the lowest cost possible.
After an order is placed, you can expect it will ship within 3 business days, and depending on the shipping method, arrive within 5 business days. After your order ships, you should receive an automated email with your tracking number. If you do not, please reach out to us via email: info@rootedleaf.com or phone: (206) 331 –4700, and we will provide you with the tracking.
Orders only ship to the US and Canada. Orders from other countries will be cancelled. If you are outside the US and Canada, please reach out to us via email at info@rootedleaf.com and we will see if we can ship to your country.
Shipping Cost too High?
If you feel the cost of shipping at checkout is too high, please feel free to reach out to us directly to see if we can get a better rate through a different system. If we can, we will either invoice you separately for the order or have you place the order on the website and refund you the difference in shipping costs.
Order Damaged?
If you receive an order and you believe it was damaged in the shipping process, please immediately document it with pictures and reach out to us at info@rootedleaf.com. Upon review we will ship you replacement product within 1-2 business days while filing a claim with the shipping company for the damage.
Refunds
Once the product is opened it cannot be returned. If you experience an issue with product falling out of solution, coagulating, or excessive biological growth, please reach out to us with pictures at info@rootedleaf.com and we may issue replacement product on a case-by-case basis. If your product is still sealed and unopened, and you wish to return it, please send us an email at info@rootedleaf.com and we will provide you with the correct return address for the return and issue you a full refund less the shipping charges within 10 business days of receiving the return.
Ground Shipping
Pricing for Ground shipping is based on weight and destination and will be calculated at checkout. Most orders will ship via UPS Ground, however, in some cases USPS Flat Rate offers a better price. In some cases, orders for 5 Gallon sizes of products will be broken up into 2 x 2.5 Gallon containers to reduce shipping costs, unless specifically requested by the customer.
Express Shipping
Pricing for Express Next Day shipping is based on weight and destination and will be calculated at checkout. If you select an express form of shipping, please reach out to us directly via email after placing your order and we will ensure your order goes out the same or next day.
Freight Shipping
It is possible for you to order more product than is cost effective to send via UPS Ground. If we see your order is placed and determine it is better to send the order via LTL freight, we will reach out to you at the contact details provided with the order to coordinate delivery.
License
Unless otherwise stated, Rooted Leaf Agritech and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Rooted Leaf Agritech. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Rooted Leaf Agritech for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:

- Sell, rent or sub-license material from Rooted Leaf Agritech
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Rooted Leaf Agritech
